Matt Purslow is IGN's Executive Editor of Features. He's been working in games media for over a decade, with bylines at PC Gamer and PCGamesN, but has been here at IGN since 2019. He works on detailed features that dive deep into video games, their design, and the people who make them. You'll regularly hear his voice in Art of the Level and Inside Stories videos, as well as on the IGN UK Podcast and the odd TV or film review.
Moulded by early 2000s PC games, Matt loves immersive sims, narrative shooters, and RPGs. He has a minor obsession with mechs, and so unsurprisingly spends a lot of time painting Warhammer when he's off-duty.
